naruto prime has sage mode, and 4 tails but not rm.
naruto clone is running low on chakra, and no rasenshruiken but has the power of rm. he also has the lower durability of a clone. btw this isnt "datclone" who fought the edo kages.

so who wins? naruto or naruto?
