No, it doesn't. Where are the feats that let an ordinary Shinra Tensei protect him from a Supersized Bijuu Dama? They don't exist. He'd need CST to repel it, and that's when he loses his Deva powers and dies.

I think Nagato can probably beat BSM/BM Naruto .any standard TTB gets deflected away/back at Naruto with ST or he can arguably absorb it with Preta Path .whenever Naruto tries to charge bigger BD ,Nagato intterupts him with Boss Toad wrecking ST .Not to mention that Naruto can't use super BD unless his target is far away or he would get killed too. Nagato can defeat kuarma avatar by either absorbing its chakra or capturing it with Gedo chains and sealing it away after knocking it down with ST .(unless Nagato can't use these chains but I doubt it)
RSM Naruto's arsenal is similar to BM Naruto's but more amplified .Nagato's counter for BM Naruto's arsenal is not circulated around super durability that can be bybassed with more amplified attacks or firepower that can be tanked with more amplified durability .I mean standard TTB still get defelected despite it being more amplified .super TTB charge still gets interrupted by knocking the avatar down despite the said avatar being more durable than before .Gedo's chains still can capture Naruto's avatar and seal it away .so if you think logically ,RSM wouldn't change things alot .if BM Naruto beats Nagato then RSM Naruto beats him with slightly less diff not negs .
