RSM or RSBM Naruto would just flip it back onto Nagato like 6T Naruto did to Pein. They're equivalents in that RSBM Naruto is vastly more powerful than Nagato, like 6T was more powerful than Pein.

The only real threat would be Universal Pull into Chakra Absorption which could suck him out of his chakra mode like he did Killer Bee.

Shinra Tensei deflects any projectile Naruto throws.

Preta absorbs any of Naruto's firepower. before anyone says that Preta limit BS. The databook says preta sucks away any jutsu and describes it as a bottom less pit. Absolutely any jutsu as long as it has chakra gets absorbed. People are going to eat up the yata mirrior completely invincible notion so if you're going to believe that, believe Preta eats any jutsu. Kaguya lacked preta path and used a strange absorption jutsu so I don't want to hear any comparison about that. Madara only had 1 rinnegan so he lacked the Rinnegan's full arsenal so it's possible he lacked preta which made him unable to absorb the lava RS.

BSM Naruto >> Nagato is really not a thing.

Nagato >>>> KM Naruto by canon. BSM Naruto is just more chakra, avatar (maybe ten minutes of it by manga, and bijuu dama.

Shinra tensei protects him from BD.
Preta path protects him from everything else. He can preta path 7 tails worth of hachibi chakra anyways so he might just be able to preta a whole BD(guess it depends on size).
One touch and he can rape Naruto of his soul too. Then there's gedo mazo if we are talking peak nagato. Nagato on gedo vs bsm Naruto and Naruto gets raped because the only thing harming Gedo is BD and nagato blows that away. Shit this probably means EMS sasuke could get murked too
