Naruto would never win against a Rinnegan user or someone like Kisame, because he is only strong in his chakra modes which all get absorbed by Preta or Samehada, and would make the opponent even stronger.

But I agree that Naruto would beat Nagato if he cant use Preta Path.

All Naruto would have to do for Kisame is let him absorb Sage chakra in Samehada. For all we know, Samehada might even turn into stone. If Samehada can absorb Sage chakra, all Naruto has to do is injure Kisame enough for Samehada to help him regenerate and Kisame is a frog.

Naruto wins easily against Kisame.

But they have limits to how much they can absorb at once. When Bee had 7-tails in his tailed beast cloak up, Samehada couldn't absorb it all. It could only absorb 6-tails worth of the tailed beast cloak, which is only a small portion of the tailed beasts chakra. Ina full transformation neither of them could absorb enough chakra to completely absorb Naruto's TBB.

Naruto can overpower them with more chakra than they can handle, or he can win through taijutsu.

He is infinitely faster and stronger than either of them and one punch in any of his modes is enough to kill them. So think about that.

If Naruto were a little bit more strategic he could win just through KM or SM.

In case you didn't notice, the last time he fought Nagato he was using like 1/32nd of his total chakra in KM, which is nowhere near all the chakra the kyuubi has. While he was fighting Nagato he was also fighting a ton of other people as well, from high jounin level to above kage level.

Naruto was at a huge disadvantage in that fight, and was still winning until the chibaku tensei, which he can destroy easily now.

As much as I love Nagato, Naruto is just to fast and has too much power for him now. He's so fast that Kakashi thought he saw Minato deflect the Bijuu Damas.

First of all..... it has been seen in the fight of 6 tailed naruto that it could withstand shinra tensei by inserting his tails in the ground. So Shinra tensei won't make a difference....

Second Fact: That Bijuu Mode is pure chakra, it is absorbable in case of any direct punch....... TBB? it hasn't been shown how much chakra can Petra Path absorb........ Still debatable.

so Nagato will purely depend on Petra+Human Path

Naruto has the upperhand here, because Nagato's best defense agaisn't Naruto is short ranged.... shinra tensei will not work effectively as seen in: "deva path vs 6 tailed naruto". Naruto's victory depends on how he developes his attacks long ranged.

The day Nagato easily deflects 5 TBB and does it in an instant at the same time, and manages to knock the TBB around, and knock 5 bijju without even using a jutsu...is the day that I say Nagato is up to par with Naruto. Until then...Nagato has NO way of defeating Naruto.

Shinra Tensei: Naruto in 6tails mode has already been shown to be able to reverse it..Bijuu mode could do it soo easily.

Chakra Absorbtion: Naruto has already countered that by feeding him sage chakra, hand to hand. Naruto will easily beat pain, not only cuz of his sage mode, but his new found speed, which intails a bright flash, speed, And power.

Bansho Tenin: Nagato pulls naruto in...and then what?..LOL. Naruto can just dig some chakra claws into the ground to stop himself from being pulled in, or use them to attack nagato. Also, he'll be pulling Naruto in..what happens when he gets a hold of naruto?

Soul taking: he tried that on Naruto, and it was the same process as the Kurama/Naruto tug of war. It COuld work maybe...but the fox will just tell Naruto to kick nagato in the face..Naruto himself wouldnt think of doing that.

Chibaku Tensei: Naruto can just make a TBB and blow that shi up. Or, just simply "flash" to nagato and attack him.

Summons: If Naruto Bijuu mode is solo 5 other Bijju....Nagato's summons will mean crap

Chakra Rods: Naruto has already been shown to resist the control, and to overpower it with the fox chakra

Gedo Mazo: With up to seven tails who knows..Both Gedo mazo and Bijuu mode have been shown to wreck havoc. I think we are about to see that fight very soon, Naruto Bijuu mode VS Gedo Mazo. I think in that case it will go either way.

This may be biased...But for good reason. I mean honestly, what can Nagato himself do?
