Why was the animation in the Naruto vs. Nagato fight so weird and clumsy? Any ideas?

i figure it was a different artist, but i've also noticed that when this particular art style is used the fight scenes are always better, like when sage mode naruto was wrecking the 4 tails kyubi in the last filler

that battle in manga was epic, in anime by adding this s**t it wasn't

A lot of battle scenes are made like that..... It's a bit too much effort to animate THAT much action so they had to kill a little bit of quality.

Actually its been like dis since da war started...reminds me of da episode 167 Pain vs 6 tails, some weird animation dat was...but there r 5 episodes (290-295)which were very well animated...its a shame it didn't make any sense, wish all da episodes were like dat.
