I believe naruto because even if i leave the speed thing which i believe both are on same par naruto has more variations of rasengan which was minato's ultimate jutsu

none taken,actually i meant the part of nine tails minato sealed with him is sealed in the death god's belly.just like the fist and second hokage.it doesnt give minato the ability to be a jinchuriki

If Minato were to master/have Sage Mode then yes; otherwise Naruto. Minato wasn't at his prime before he died so it's hard to judge.

well but naruto isnt too, every month hes 5x stronger than before...(except when training with jiraiya...wtf was he doing there???!!)
