Bee might have control over his Tailed Beast, but the 9 tails is still stronger, and Naruto beat Pain, and I'm quite sure that Pain could beat Bee.

If the Fox takes control over Naruto, Naruto wins through brute strength. But if Naruto doesn't use the Kyuubi, Bee wins.

i would say sage naruto has the power to defeat killer bee and probably the 8 tails. but it would be a tough battle even for his sage mode. but if he went into kyuubi mode, he would win for sure.

i think he was about to become 9-tailed by "touching" the seal, but what we saw breaking through chibuka tensei was 8-tails, it didnt have skin yet.
