Why don't you go back to when Kakashi made all of those shadow clones AFTER he was exhausted from his fight with Zabuza in part 1. And that was Part 1 Kakashi who is weaker and has less chakra than part 2 Kakashi. If he was fresh, he could have made a lot more and Naruto can make a shit ton more than that.

So yes, Naruto can still make his insane amount of clones. Get wrecked.

Naruto only had times 4 kakashi's chakra when he was using his chakra to suppress and hold the seal. Now naruto is a perfect jin meaning he is no longer using chakra to supree kurama. He should have 100X
