he only has 4X kakashi's chakra without the fox he's not making 1000 shadow clones

first off, we don't know how many clones kakashi can make. part 1 naruto upon first learning the techniques created hundreds of clones. tha was part 1. naruto part 2 without having to feed chakra to the seal, makes as many as he wants.

OT; naruto takes this easy diff. kiba is basically part 1 kiba, just taller and a couple more techs.
