Still have no idea what you're getting at. The "sucking in" process is teleportation. He "sucks you" into the other dimension, or "teleports" you to the other dimension. As far as I'm concerned, the two are synonymous.

Like a black hole, he draws the oponent closer to were the kamui will telleport by sucking him in.
