kind of a bad match up for Naruto here IMO, J-man has fire release which beats Naruto's wind jutsu's straight up. He also posseses insane barrier, and sealing techniques. Not to mention J-man taught Naruto everything he knows. I think the longer the fight goes on the worse off it is for Naruto as J-man has an infinite sage mode with Ma and Pa there to back him up.

Without BM I think J-man wins this mid-high difficulty.

Naruto since he has perfected the sage mode.
However,there is one thing,Naruto's only long range attack without Bijū mode would seem to be Rasenshuriken,which can only be used very sparingly.However Jiraiya has loads of long range justu,so maybe that would put Naruto at a disadvantage?Then,Jiraiya has to just draw out the battle till Naruto's sage mode runs out.
