he hasn't shown the abilty to combine sage mode and fox mode that and yes genjutsu will work on naruto 100%.

unless you have logic to tell me otherwise

plot no jutsu or not, sage mode has already proven to be stronger than MS. and his rikudo form is supposed to be even stronger than sage mode. so yeah, naruto wins.

Gonna give this one to Naruto, he's just way to fast for Itachi and his jutsu is twice as destructive. He can even fight Itachi with his eye's closed to avoid genjutsu due to his ability to sense others in his Kyubi mode.
