Itachi still would have a chance against Naruto in Kyuubi Mode, it's not common sense because we don't know how much Itachi's Susanoo can take. If Yata mirror deflects all element, his most powerful technique is useless, if Naruto isn't on good terms with the Kyuubi it won't release him from Tsukuyomi. The fact that there is just little enough info on Naruto's full abilities in Kyuubi mode, and there is a lot of info on Itachi's full power (for the most part) makes it an even more interesting battle. To have Naruto (no restrictions) vs Itachi (no restrictions). It would create a less, one sided argument.
Besides it sounded like when you made this thread you already named Itachi the winner so it's pointless to really debate it if you think about it.
