Naruto. TBB is too much for even susanoo. And if that isn't speed can easily get behind him and rasen shuriken susanoo weak point. Amaterasu is irrelevant in this fight as Naruto is too fast. Itachi isn't dodging rasen shuriken or even a regular rasengan at Narutos new speed.
