He will destroy the clam!!!! Just like the Gaara and Onoki did obviously. The nine tails chakra allows him to sense negative emotions. I am sure a clam who is fighting against him would have something negative emotions to sense.

KM naruto can sense emotions, naruto will easily find the real mizukage and his clam.

Mizukage's abilities all revolve around hiding and not confronting his opponents directly (clam genjutsu, jouki boy) He can't hide from KM naruto's emotion sensing abilities and will be speed blitzed before he can even summon the clam, unless the two start their battles far away from each other.
