this is an rpg bio (a horrible one at that) rank goes by post the higher your rank is the more elements you can use
so a naruto character wont necessarily have sage mode and the kyuubi (since there can be only one kyuubi and nb's akatsuki has it and you need to learn sage mode) that simple

You got the template down, just didn't use the bold and underline. It would help since it's nice to know sections in that form.

Ok so I bold everything that needs work. First you need to just work on the personality. Not that he got stronger or stuff. Personality like, "Naruto is a bit immature, always willing to help, determined for the task at hand, and sometimes a bit reckless."

Second: Don't write on the side of Village info. That is why there is 2 other lines with ":" to symbolize to type to the right of that with the information needed. With the village info you got the first part right, birth village, and your allied village is the same. This can be more from the manga and story if you don't see yourself joining any RP villages, but if you do think about joining RP villages then you'll have to join them and follow their rules.

Third: Just keep your ninja rank simple. Just write "S-Jounin". For your specialty you can make it creative, or specific, but you can't make it like that. "Specialty: Wind Chakra, Clones, and Rasengan" Nothing will actually give you a boost or something, unless you try to make him stronger in some way which will most likely not work. After a lot of training and getting to know your bio you can attempt to get Sage mode which you can place in this section as well. With the "Elements" section put Wind element and any other elements you want that you can currently learn with the battle ranks rules.

Currently you can learn 3 elements of your choosing up to B rank, Ninjutsu up to B rank, Taijutsu up to B rank, and Genjutsu up to B rank. I'm not sure about the rules on Naruto using Genjutsu, but whatever. In the "Your Ninjutsu" section place all the jutsus you learned, if you have none put all the E-rank Ninjutsu down that can be used with this bio, or place the element type/jutsu type and the corresponding rank letter you are at with them. Example is "Fire Element: All up to B-Rank" or something like that.

Third: Ok now with history you best bet is to WIKI it, unless you RPed a lot and used Naruto as a personality trait throughout the forums. :| Either way wiki it, use your manga and anime knowledge, or just wing it... You just need a lot of bio history!!! He's the main character, unfortunately, so he needs quite a bit of history.
