Does this mean it won't have all the characters like madara and bijuu mode naruto because its coming out to early and also does this mean the manga is ending soon??

We've got plenty of months to go so of course we should get Madara and other characters...

They've been working on it since Storm 2 came out in late 2010, so it might still have a chance of Madara and BM Naruto being playable. That said, there's still half a year left for development.

If it comes out Spring 2013, does that mean the manga also ends within this year?

Well Kyuubi mode Naruto is on the box art, so I'd assume that character would be playable.

Even though it says the box art might not be finalized, it gives us a hint, right?

Loved the games and the manga but I'm SOOOO ready for it to be over with. Too much more and it will feel to me like its being ran through the mud. Even this whole ninja war arch. Great idea on paper but honestly I'm really bored with it already.
