Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series Help

I'm wanting to buy " Ultimate Ninja 3". Does this game cover everything that was on Naruto Ultimate Ninja 1 and 2? How far does the story Arc actually go for each of these games? If 3 covers the story Arc of 1 and 2, I'm not going to want to buy 1 and 2. no point in it right?

Also another thing. Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4 is close to coming out this March of 2009. Should I not get Ultimate Ninja 3 and wait for Ultimate Ninja 4? Because if 4 has the story Arc Past 3 then im not gonna want that either.

i have both games naruto ultimate hero 3 and 4
both r rlly good
but if i were u ill go for naruto ultimate ninja 4 cause it have a dozen of characters
and have 2 campaign mods ( the first game is when ur small (the very first episodes of naruto) and the other campaign take place in the first 20 episodes of naruto shipuden when akatsuki attack the sand village. in addition u can see what happened to naruto while he was training with jiraya ( the events that took place between naruto and naruto shippuden)
which is cool . (to be honost with u i never played 1 or 2 so i cant tell u what the story talks about and whether it is a nice game or not)
to conclude, if i were u all go for nj4 cause if the many charcters u can choose
