Naruto > Tso6p surpassing eventually

Should/would Izumaki Naruto surpass Ts06p? I personally speaking, I was raised with the understanding that a father wants the best for their child, and more importantly, every generation (at least IRL) is more equipped than the previous (exception of the studies of the obese US children/youth lol). This logic surel follows...?

Also, there's been talk about Naruto inheriting/gaining special eyes. Would that not interfear with his Sage mode ? (I would assume so, as his eyes change in said mode) Though one would assume if that mode wasn't achievable anylonger (theoretically speaking, what with the possibility that these possible newly gained eyes that are being talked about) ...Sagemode may simply be a stepping stone for our hero... (I'd not like to see said mode disappear, heh). But on the other hand, one would think it be for te best...

So yeah, input as to what our base membersthink that Naruto will surpass Tso6p

Edit: and by 'father' I mean the father of all ninjutsu/etc. (assuming he's the father of Taijutsu, Genjutsu, etc).

Well considering TS06P is basically the "God" of the Narutoverse, I don't think Naruto will be surpassing him anytime soon. But with all the talk that just occured between the tailed beasts in the manga, it's possilbe that Naruto could EVENTUALLY surpass him.

Kishi could make it so Naruto is stronger yea but maybe not, he will most likely surprise us with what happens in it later on blowing any theories we have up. I also would hate to see sage mode go - Naruto kicked all sorts of ass using that - but he might not get the eyes he is more the body of So6P whereas Sasuke is the eyes i think only together can they surpass him maybe?

So6p beat Juubi without the power of any tailed beasts (obviously), Naruto is only becoming strong thanks to the tailed beast.

He also doesn't have Rinnegan (or Sharinnegan what some people think the Sage actually had) and doesn't have anywhere near as many jutsu or chakra

Naruto will never surpass So6p, although he may become the 'next so6p' through becoming Jinchūriki of all 9 beasts

I believe he can be the next so6p or closes to him out of every body in the NARUTOverse, so far nagato was the closest.

@Gutsy Sage: Not sure if he's the "God" as A. He died, and B. He did not know a lot of the Ninjutsu there currently is in the Naruverse... (Edo, no doubt etc). If tree was an Edo-esque ten chances are someone would have revved said "god"... But I can understand the confusion.

@Prince: The Bijuu... This (for now at least) holds water. Once/if we see Naruto being as skilled as his father, and as powerful as said sage (eh, ya know what? Maybe that's what the Bijuu gave him -- power of Bijuu without needing to go into said mode(s)) ...but we won't know *that* until Kishi mentions such. Hm...

Haha, it's no hiding that I dislike Naruto, but really, that time Naruto can solo the ten tails without using the kyuubi's chakra, then I will call him the new Rikudou sennin. It's no surprise that it comes from you

Nope. so6p is is too op, he created the moon in the naruto verse and could win against the ten tails. Nobody will surpass him, especialy since his powers were split into two when he past....(younger and older son)

As much as I like naruto, he can not surpass the sage. He is a GOD in the narutoverse. Even madara only has a fragment of his power and look at what he did. Naruto is far far far far far from that level.

Naruto without the nine tail is weak if it wasnt for the nine tails power n chakra naruto would be dead by now.. so no naruto will never surpass the so6p he might become the 4th so6p but he will never surpass the 1st so6p

Because before he was a jinchurikki he was a Fuinjutsu Master so yea that would put him miles ahead of Naruto. Plus what would you expect with Rikudo having the Rinnegan and unlimited amounts of chakra.??
