(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Description: This technique after performing the required hand seals Tiger → Hare → Dragon allows the user to produce a cyclone of sharp winds and petals to attack their opponent.

After you weave 3 handseals, you channel your wind chakra to the atmosphere and sharpen it, while rotating your chakra violently, to materialize forth a cyclone of slashing winds, and petals. The cyclone originates around you, and you can guide it wherever you want, only upto mid-range though. It travels in the form of a large drill. I wouldn't use it in mid-range, as the opponent has a good amount of time to counter. Could be good in short range, if you manage to subdue the opponent/use this on him to blast him away from short range if you don't want close quarter combat, as well as inflict some wounds on his body, though not major.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror

Description: The user unleashes a wave of wind that slashes at the opponent by swinging their hand or hands.

Requires no handseals, so is quite fast in its performance. After gathering your chakra in your hands, and sharpening it, you release it outwards to a wide area in the atmosphere, thereby materializing a wide wave of slashing wind that can inflict some wounds on the opponent and stop him from getting into short range. I would use this over the previous technique, because of the lack of handseals and the speed with which it travels. Very straightforward.
(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance

Positives are one it creates a cyclone that can travel anywhere you want between short to mid range. Two this cyclone can repel people and possibly small ninja tools and three the cyclone causes cutting damage to opponents hit by this or trapped inside it.

Negatives are one requires hands seals making it slower than most futon jutsu and two the jutsu moves at a slow pace making it easy to dodge unless you set op the opponent and trap them inside it.

Usage for me in combat would probably have to be used in combination with a partner to work smoothly.

(Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror

Positives are one requires no hand seals making it faster to use than the previous one mentioned. Two it is a fast moving jutsu and can enclose on its target fairly quickly. Three it causes cutting damage as it is a slicing jutsu and four it can prevent short range encounters if you prefer to fight mid to long range.

Usage for me would be against taijutsu users and other short range fighters. I would also use it with my own short range combinations.

A whirlwind of slashing winds is formed, which doesn't cover a great area horizontally, but extends upto mid range. Useless in mid-range, as it's pretty easy to defend. As the tech requires no handseals, the performance is fast, and can be deadly in short range to the opponent, being able to cause deep cuts on his/her skin, but not kill them.

Your bio needs to wield a giant fan for this, else you can't perform this technique. You channel your Fuuton chakra into it, and swing the fan in a forward arc, with great force, manipulating your chakra to be compressed at one point, giving it the shape of a fuma shuriken, almost colourless. The formed giant shuriken does a good amount of cutting damage, having obviously more cutting and impact power than a regular fuma-shuriken.

I actually view this the same way I view(Fūton: Hanachiri no Mai) - Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance. The only real difference I see is fewer hand seals and the shape the slicing gust takes as it travels Though I would use this over the previous technique due to the zero hand seals and the usage of the sword. This allows it to be used in short range Kenjutsu battles effectively.

(Fūton: Kaze Rasen Yaiba no
justu) - Wind Release: Wind Spinning Blade TechniquePositives this jutsu requires no hand seals to perform, though not mentioned I believe it would travel as fast if not faster than a normal [FONT=Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]fuma shuriken. The shuriken created by this is almost colorless making practically invisible if used in a mist or somewhere that has low visibility. Finally the shuriken can reach to mid range allowing ranged fighters the space[/FONT] they need.

Negative is that it can only be done with a fan.

If I every come by a fan I would use this in conjunction with mists, dust, and smoke screens to prevent the target from seeing the shuriken coming.

The user, flapping their Giant Fan, creates a minor tornado, which ensnares the opponent, damaging and cutting the opponent, leaving them crashing into the ground after the tornado subsides. This technique can be performed by ninja who do not wield the Giant fan but require to make a small 4 sequence of hand seals to perform the technique.

Now, onto the better ones. A variant of the Slashing Tornado tech. Requires 4 handseals to perform if your bio doesn't wield a giant fan. Anyway, after performing the handseals/flapping your fan, you materialize Wind chakra around the opponent and give it cutting properties, converting your chakra into wind and giving it a great amount of rotation, which forms a minor tornado around your opponent, inflicting deep gashes and causing your opponent to crash into the ground. The handseals are a waste of time, so I'd only use this if I had Wind as my primary specialty or a giant fan. When used right, it can be quite fast and deadly, and excellent to use on dusty terrains, as you'd be taking advantage of the dust on the ground to blind the opponent, while using the time window to execute your next offensive.

Description: By Covering their hand with wind-natured chakra, The user attacks the enemy with it. The power of this attack is capable of causing the ground to split and buckle around them which could be used to throw the enemy off balance.

An excellent jutsu to use in close combat. You gather your Wind chakra in any one of your hand, and attack your opponent with it. Needlessly to say, it has great explosive and impact force. You could possibly also use this to cut through your opponent's body parts, inflicting deep gashes and impact damage. Good against pesky tools thrown at you or to break solid defenses, obviously keeping in mind the elemental strengths and weaknesses. And, as the jutsu says, you can punch the ground to throw your enemy off balance and manipulate the terrain accordingly.

(Futon: Kōha Senkaigiri) - Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut

Variant of the previous technique. Instead of your hand, you cover your leg with Wind chakra, and once you kick your opponent, the impact releases the built up chakra in a violent manner, being powerful and sharp enough to slice through a mechanical puppet. Again, excellent to use in close combat to augment your kick(s), taking the enemy by surprise.

Positives are one unlike most cyclone/tornado/twister jutsu this one appears around the opponent. The jutsu can also deal slashing damage while blinding the opponent if you are in a dusty enviornment.

Negative if not wielding a fan it requires four hand seals significantly slowing the creation time.

Usage in battle would be trapping my enemy in it and hopefully trap them and blind them.

(Futon: Kōha Reppūken) - Wind Release: Hardliner Gale Chop
Positive is its ability to amplify punches making it quite effective when combined with taijutsu abilities. It also has can be used to manipulate the terrain itself to some degree allow for even more variety of attacks and defenses.

Negative just being picky, is it being limitied to short range.

Usage would be amplifing tai knocking the opponents off balance by punching the ground buckling it, or a series of supplementary usages involving the terrain.
(Futon: Kōha Senkaigiri) - Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut
Positives that I see are the same for the chop, this jutsu is used to augment your leg allowing it to smash through solid objects.

Negative again just being pick but it's only limited to a short range.

Useage would be just how yous said, amplifying my taijutsu.

Best used in combos, or for diversions, and in short range.

I like this one. You gather your Fuuton chakra and channel it to the atmosphere, creating a large surge of wind that has a semi-sharp nature to it. It can push a huge summon back, and deals small cuts, nothing major. Doesn't cover a wide range, but is a decent enough technique, and very straightforward, and excellent for augmenting fire jutsus.

Positives would be the speed of the technique, though if you are not using a fan it requires four hand seals which would slow its usage down a little bit. Another advantage would be its cutting power as it is basically a windmill shuriken it should have greater cutting power due to its wind affinity.

Negative of this technique would be its limitation to mid range and the casting time if the user isn't using a fan of some sort.

If possible, I would attempt to use it with the shadow shuriken technique. What I mean is while
throwing the two fuma shuriken I would cast this jutsu between the two effectively launching three shuriken at the target while they only see one.

(Fūton: Boufuu
oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
Positives, one being it requires zero hand seals, two the jutsu seems to be near instantaneous, three the wind causes slicing damage and finally, it has the ability to blow back large summon creatures.

Negatives are that one it reaches only up to mid-range and two from your description seems to be a very localized surge of wind.

Usage in battle would be to keep short range fighters at bay, augment
katon jutsu and other projectile techniques, and defend against attacking summoned creatures.

It then continually slashes your opponent, dealing some deep gashes and injuring him severely. This is one of my favorite wind techniques to use in mid-range, as you can form the hurricane behind the opponent and lure him into it.

The first tornado sucks in your opponent and the second one combines with the first one to merge into a larger tornado than the both of them combines. This newly created tornado slashes your opponent with razor sharp winds, which deal similar damage to the previous technique. One of the best example of the slashing power of the wind element.

(Fūton: Joushou Ryuu) – Wind Release: Rising Dragon
Positives would be the wind blades ability to draw in opponents and once ensnared expands continuously slicing the target leaving deep gashes. Another bonus to this jutsu would be the adding katon techniques to this causing the target to burn as well as cut. Pretty gruesome if you think about it.

Only negative that I could see is that targets that move out of range would have nothing to fear from this.

Usage would be as I stated in the positives. Trap the opponent in the jutsu and then combine it with
katon.

(Fūton: Sakūgen Sebiti) - Wind Release: Slashing Tornado
Positives Like the previous jutsu it traps the opponent and with the combination of the second tornado slices the opponent. Like in the last jutsu combining this with katon would prove twice as gruesome.

Negative, is the same as the previous but has an even smaller effective range. A skilled opponent could possibly disperse one tornado causing the jutsu to only be half effective.

Usage for me would have to be set up with some type of
diversionary taijutsu or cqc techniques to trap the opponent.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

One of the most used Fuuton jutsus in our RP. There are two ways of performing this technique; gather fuuton chakra in your fingers and materialize a near-invisible wind gust which is similar in properties to a longsword, which you control by moving your fingers. The wind gust is sharp enough to cut off an opponent's head from his body. Another way of performing it, and the most used way is to create several projectiles of wind and fling them with a motion of your hand. The wind projectiles are collectively A-Rank in power, but weaker individually, as the overall chakra within the technique gets equally divided into several parts.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

One of the most used Fuuton jutsus in our RP. There are two ways of performing this technique; gather fuuton chakra in your fingers and materialize a near-invisible wind gust which is similar in properties to a longsword, which you control by moving your fingers. The wind gust is sharp enough to cut off an opponent's head from his body. Another way of performing it, and the most used way is to create several projectiles of wind and fling them with a motion of your hand. The wind projectiles are collectively A-Rank in power, but weaker individually, as the overall chakra within the technique gets equally divided into several parts.

Positives for this one being that it is extremely fast in the sense that it requires zero hand seals. Another would be the option to make multiple blades to trap/corner the target and finally, the ability to maneuver the blades with hand gestures makes it soo you are launching razor sharp guided missiles.

Negatives only tell that the technique gives is the constant need for hand gestures but that could just be superficial. Another negative would be the drop in rank for each blade created.

Usage, I would personally try to use only one blade just to keep the destructive power. Maybe launch two at the most and anything above that would be me just using the technique as a diversion.

(Fūton: Shinkūha) – Wind Release: Vacuum Wave

Positive for the jutsu is that it's an omnidirectional attack allowing the user to strike and cut multiple targets at ones while defending against multiple attacks if necessary.

Negative is that while omnidirectional it's a compressed wind blade meaning it is very thin so one must make sure to aim carefully or they shall miss their target. Another negative is that while
four hand seals aren't too bad you have to also conduct a spinning motion consuming more time to complete the jutsu also exposing your back.

Elements I would use this jutsu on are doton and raiton as it would easily cut through and defend against doton same rank and below and raiton one rank higher and below.

Canon technique performed by Temari during the Fourth Ninja War. You perform a long sequence of 5 handseals, and send your Fuuton chakra into the atmosphere, summoning a gust of wind, which you shape manipulate to form a large net of wind that has extreme slicing power. Just getting hit by the wind net will mutilate the opponent's body into several pieces. Very brutal.

Would've never even thought of that as I haven't really fought someone using it as for the omnidirectional I understand.

Positive for this one is that you get both the perks of a gust and slicing gust in one move. Another positive is that the blade is essentially 6ft in length if I am measuring correctly.

Negative like most would be the hand signs but it's only four and shouldn't be that much of a problem.

I would use as either a diversionary tactic, something to repel cqc if I wanted to fight at a distance, or something to send towards fleeing opponents.

(Fūton: Kakeami no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Cast Net Technique

Positive for me is that it reaches long range making combinations that much easier. Another perk is that it will prevent and type of frontal assault given elemental/rank allow it. Also, if using a fan would be near instantaneous casting.

Downside it has a five seal pre-requisition if you aren't using a fan slowing down the casting time.

Keji takes note that the previous jutsu isn't omnidirectional. He then takes a scroll from Ace written by the once great Izuna Uchiha and reads through it. After 30 mins or so Keji rolls the scroll back up and puts it in his pocket. looking back to Ace Keji speaks.

You would need a total of 4 C's to make an A but since there is a fifth projectile two of the five would have to be D while the other three would be C which would make four C's which equals one A.

(Futon: Shinkūzan no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Vacuum Slash technique

Description: The user waves his hand and creates multiple blades of wind, emerging to a single scythe of sharp air. The scythe was powerful enough to stop Susanno's movements, but wasn't able to break trough its defence.

A pretty amazing technique, and quite powerful too. You gather your Fuuton chakra in your hand, and wave it, releasing the chakra outwards, creating multiple wind blades. These wind blades then combine into one single scythe like structure, which is around 1/3rd the size of Sasuke's Susano'o. The scythe was powerful enough to push back Susano'o and deal brute force impact, along with cutting damage, but wasn't able to break through Susanoo's defence, being quite superior obviously. The scythe kinda looks like a large boomerang.

Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.

After you perform several handseals, you take a deep breath, and mix the inhaled oxygen with your Fuuton chakra. You then move your head in different angles, and release several blades of wind at different angles. The wind blades are sharp and powerful enough to break through rocks with ease. Good for affecting multiple targets. You can use this jutsu after using a Fuuton jutsu that creates a vacuum pulling your opponent toward you. This unlike the previous technique, was powerful enough to slice through the defence of a complete Susano'o. However it would only work(shattering Susanoo's defences i.e.), if you have a Danzo bio and can summon Baku.
