Espadara here again. Now, I've been reading quite a few Naruto Time Travel Fanfictions lately, and I re-read a pretty nice fic called All is Relative Except the Stubbornness of a Demon. The basic plot of that story is that Naruto, no matter what happens, will always be reborn due to the Kyuubi's unwillingness to die, and eventually just goes with it.

So, here's my idea; Naruto and Sasuke manage to seal away Kaguya, woo hoo happy ending. Seems good, right? Well, Kaguya is unsealed around thirty years later; Naruto, Sasuke, and tons of other powerful ninja go to face her...only to be completely demolished by Kaguya, who really shows her title as 'Rabbit Goddess.'

Naruto is killed, but instead of waking up in Heaven, wakes up plopping right out of Kushina. Neither Naruto and Kurama have any idea on what is going on, but decide to save as many people as they can. They basically get a near perfect life; Sasuke never goes to Orochimaru, Hiruzen is saved, Itachi is saved, he marries Hinata, Akatsuki is defeated pretty darn quickly so no Fourth war and all Jinchuuriki survive. Naruto becomes Hokage, and eventually dies of old age, glad that he got a second chance, and can't wait to meet his family who must be proud of him.

Only to wake up plopping out of Kushina again. And again. And again. And again.

No matter what he does in the life, be it joining Orochimaru, joining another village, or just completely going berserk and destroying everything, he keeps being revived. Eventually he just starts rolling with it, spending life's to master certain jutsus, fighting styles, getting Kekkai Genkai, mastering puppeteering, everything.

During one life, he is killed by Hidan's Blood Link jutsu...which means every life after than one, Hidan winds up going back as well. Hidan doesn't figure this out until the 67,842,073,134 life after.

A main point of Naruto's character is that he honestly doesn't care if someone lives or dies; in his eyes, they're going to come back anyway, so Naruto is willing to do anything to achieve his desires for that particular life.

Some of the highlights? Caused the Hyuga clan to reunite, than in another life to launch a coup against the village, than in another forced them in civil war. Practically every playable route has been taken. Naruto basically considers everyone but him and Kurama to just be sources of entertainment. He does, however, see Sasuke as a slight brother to him, due to the Ashura/Indra connection.

The one thing he absolutely refuses to do is fight Kaguya again. Every life he has gone through, he makes sure to cut off before Kaguya can return.

Thoughts?

Yeah, Naruto is seriously insane. He holds practically no value for human life, and he is pretty selfish. If someone were to kill his family, he'd probably be more pissed over the fact that his life is 'ruined' than the fact that his family was killed.

Actually, he would need to kill them himself in order to ensure his own darkness is created. Oh, wait.....

I'm think the first chapter or two will mainly show a few highlights from some notable lives, before finally going into Naruto's Final Life. Kurama manages to convince Naruto to allow the Moon's Eye Plan to begin, so that Naruto can fully destroy Kaguya once and for all, because that is the only method they haven't tried to end the loop. I'm still not sure whether it will work or not, though.

Kaguya is a puppet. He has to reconcile with himself. He must come to grips with the fact that he is responsible. This understanding and forgiveness is what paves the way to universal compassion. Itachi tried to give enough clues about this. Many believe themselves to be good and think they can have this ability to be compassionate to all, but only those that bear weight and knowledge of the magnitude of their own transgressions are capable of this level of empathy.

This is a fairly well established trope and is used a number of ways. In Batman Begins the mob boss Falcone points this out to a young Bruce Wayne. "Now, you think because your mommy and your daddy got shot, you know about the ugly side of life, but you don't. You've never tasted desperate. You're, uh, you're Bruce Wayne, the Prince of Gotham; you'd have to go a thousand miles to meet someone who didn't know your name. So, don't-don't come down here with your anger, trying to prove something to yourself. This is a world you'll never understand. And you always fear what you don't understand.". Bruce recognizes the truth in this and sets off to gain the understanding of what it is to be a criminal. When talking with Ducard. who was actually Ras Al Ghul, Ras acknowledged that Bruce had traveled the world and lived among the criminals. He then asks Bruce if he pitied them . Bruce responds "The first time I stole so that I wouldn't starve, yes. I lost many assumptions about the simple nature of right and wrong. And when I traveled, I learned the fear before a crime and the thrill of success. But I never became one of them.". Ras tells Bruce "You traveled the world... Now you must journey inwards... to what you really fear... it's inside you... there is no turning back.". In the final installment, "The Dark Knight Rises" what was Bruce told in order escape? Blind Prisoner: "You do not fear death. You think this makes you strong. It makes you weak. Bruce Wayne: Why? Blind Prisoner: How can you move faster than possible, fight longer than possible without the most powerful impulse of the spirit: the fear of death. Bruce Wayne: I do fear death. I fear dying in here, while my city burns, and there's no one there to save it. Blind Prisoner: Then make the climb. Bruce Wayne: How? Blind Prisoner: As the child did. Without the rope. Then fear will find you again". By understanding his fear, accepting it and embracing it anyway Batman is able to transcend. So it should go with Naruto's inner demon.

Oh yeah, forgot to point out that the League of Shadows are Ninja. Mind, Body, and Spirit must work in Harmony. Big component of Ninjutsu.
