Heres mine in order. I did diffrent time frames of characters instead of multiple forms of the same character.

1. Kabuto Yakushi (With Edo Tensei Army)
2. Naruto
3. Obito (With Jinchuriki Paths)
4. Edo Madara
5. EMS Madara*
6. Killer Bee*
7. Healthy Nagato
8. Hashirama
9. Itachi
10. Sasuke

* This list was made with my theory's in place. Namely the Preta Limitation theory and my Madara vs. Hashi theory.

Databook states Preta is an endless vortex and has no limit. Your theory is wrong, no opinions, just wrong.

The fact Nagato is below Bee is laughable Demonic, truly. And Naruto above Obito..? Lol.

Naruto > Obito

Databook never states that Preta can absorb an infinte amount of chakra. Other jutsu's have hypes like that but have been shown otherwise. Your making a baseless assumption based on an opinion.

Databook is known for using flowery language. Other Jutsu have similar entries in the databook but have been shown to be nowhere near what it was hyped to be. I wouldn't be surprised if his theory was right. I also believe that Naruto can overload preta.

Naruto can hit Obito in a normal enviorment. So Naruto is definately stronger than obito.

Other Jutsu's in the databook have similar hype in the databook but have been proven to be nowhere near the level of what it was hyped to be. The databook is known for using flowery language and hyperbole to overexaggerate jutsu's to give a clear picture of what they do. Preta is no exception. Preta can be overloaded if his theory is correct, which I agree with.

EMS Madara above Hashirama? Canon states otherwise.
Hashirama below Bee? Nope.
Killer Bee above Sasuke and Nagato? Wow...

I was thinking of putting Itachi above come to think of it you're right, Nagato maybe stronger than Minato but I don't know about EMS Sasuke. We haven't seen the full potential of EMS & remember what he could do before it. Let's settle it at a draw

So far he has shown very little differences between his MS and his EMS powers, and his MS put him no where near Nagato's level, his current powers don't either. Nagato takes him mid diff at most.

? No, just no... Madara isn't even dead, he could have dodged but he was attached to the 10 tails. Lee isn't even in top 50. And technically that was Kurama kicking Madara in half, his chakra his kick.

Why is Guy higher then Tsunade? He is better in taijutsu and he is faster, but Tsunade is overall stronger.
Suigetsu and Juugo should be in jounin tier.
Sakura should be high fodder tier.
Jiraiya is not legend tier. He would loose to Danzo, Muu, Itachi, MS Obito, MS Sasuke.
Kisame legend tier? WTF?

Kisame has the capacity to keep up with Healthy Itachi, Third Raikage, and Minato just to name a few. Although Sick Itachi and MS Sasuke could generally beat him by match-up. Kisame is generally stronger. (for some odd reason I remember NK thanking me for putting him their last time lol)

Jiriaya can keep up with Almost everyone in that Tier except Bee

Juugo and Suitgetsu are fine where they are.

Sakura is low fodder tier xD lol jk
