Disclaimer: This Fanfic idea is to create a understanding of the past history of the Narutoverse, using factual evidence provided by Kishimmoto and using the addition of fictional characters and information to expand upon the already known tales.
Luiz watches as Keoto's lifeless corpse falls down infront of him as others watch on. Monochi not being pleased that one of his commanders was killed attacks Luiz but is stopped by Zenryoku's sword as he stretches to block the strike. he then lifts up as he stands breaking monochi's attack and causing him to step backwards whilst he stares with pericing eyes of hatred..
Zenryoku: Your fight , is with ME!!
Monochi: Tccch , your annoying ... I shall kill that kid there along with you ARGGGHH!
Monochi charges at zenryoku and they begin exhanging blows parrying each strike with ease and deflecting them away as they both attempt to land a blow as they continously follow a flow of stalemate avoiding hits as equally as dealing them with sparks flying from the sheer force of each parrying blow exhanged. Iwaaka and Luiz engage elite guards who charged them in rage of their fallen leader some falling with ease whilst others manage to stand their ground. Zenryoku continues to exchange blows and then manages to counter a strike deflecting him to his left before kicking Monochi in the shoulder pushing him to the ground and in the fleeting moment when Luiz is free aswell, they exhange words.
Zenryoku: Luiz , it is time signal the two flanks to move into their positions.
Luiz: Right Zenryoku-sama !
Luiz then lifts a Gama off his back and raises it into the air waving it about to signal each hidden forces to engage their targets in an attempt to surprise and lower the enemy armies moral and cause them to become disorganised. Both Sanada Yukimora and Hattori Hanzo identify the signal and then prepare their men into lines ready for the assault.
Hattori Hanzo commands his men into position ready to begin their attack. As they take their position Hanzo give the silent hand gesture for the archers to prepare the arrows without giving to much noice away as they hide in the shadows of the surrounding trees on the slopes of the battlefield. A few seconds later and arrows are then shot over the trees as they rain down upon the enermies flank Killing many and injuring some. Then Hattori Stands up whilst looking over to his soldiers and Nods the next order as he draws his katana raising it into the air for the samurai to draw their weapons and he flings it down swiftly pointing behind him and takes charge. Mean while at the same time on the other surprise flank Raiden commands his soldiers to take their positions and following the same procedure as the other flank to release a volley of arrows down on the enemies flank to kill and injure as many as they can before Raiden also draws his katana to signal the charge and they break free from the shadows of the tree lines charging with all their might.
We now return to the center
Monochi: Hahaha , did you not think i would predict such a manouver Zenryoku
Zenryoku: Indeed i did, but it still doesnt mean it cannot work and be effective
Monochi: Such faith you have in a failing plan let us return to our BATTLE !
Monochi charges Zenryoku roaring with a mixture of emotions, anticipation, anger and enjoyment as he begins exchanging blows as Zenryoku tries to hold his ground in what little free walking space is left due to the build up of bodies from both sides. This happens just as the roaring charges of both flanks come crashing down upon their targets filling the air with screams and blood and the sound of metal armor clashing to the ground. Blades fling from mutilated bodies in all directions being a hazard to all around friend and foe. As the Battle rages crows and ravens begin scowering above the blood bath waiting for the end though some attempt the decent into the Hellish battleground some being hit but flinging arrows whilst others lucky to make it down begin picking from the bodies of the dead.
We now return to Raiden as him and his soldiers clash in battle.
Raiden: Damn i never thought we would face such heavy resisitance it seems Monochi, their leader anticipated Zenryoku's strategy to have us try a surprice flanking manouver and placed his strong elite to hold the flanks, what a smart guy.
Raiden makes his way through enemies reaching Gobi and sees keotsu just about to catch Gobi from behind as he cuts through Yoshitsune and Raiden Jumps above into the air cutting down at Keotsu's strike hitting it to the ground.
Keotsu: What the.. ?
Gobi: ....!
Gobi blocks a attack from Musashi and pushes him backwards flying into Keotsu as Raiden joins Gobi standing side by side
Raiden: Seems like your having a bit of trouble here old friend
Gobi: Nothing i cant handle...
Raiden: Typically the same as always, i never get your overconfident attitude you know
Gobi: Hmm i merely joke about besides this aint the time for your jokes Raiden these two here are strong
Keotsu and Musashi both clamber off each other and stand up. Keotsu smirks as he whipes blood from his mouth.
Musashi: Not to shabby you brats lets finish this.
Keotsu and Musashi run at Gobi and Raiden in a criss-crossing action in an attempt to catch the pair off guard and they then break off as Keotsu engages Raiden and Gobi continues his battle with Musashi. Musashi and Gobi both slash at the same time blocking each others strikes and they push hard against one another trying to best each other.
Keotsu: Fresh Lambs for the slaughter
Raiden: You can keep thinking that old geezer but you will not best me
Raiden slashes at Keotsu with swift strikes as Keotsu blocks each one and then ducks at the last allowing raiden to sweep his sword around and Keotsu attempts to stab Raiden in the stomache but raiden merely jumps up spinning around over Keotsu's head as he watches on and knee's him in the back pushing him to the ground. Mean while Hanzo begins hacking through the enemy lines and suddenly makes his way to Yukimora where he is engaging a distracted but aware Kamatari. Yukimora catches him in the corner of his eye and flings Kamatari backwards.
Yukimura: Hanzo so glad you could join us, they are putting up pretty good resistance.
Hanzo: Indeed , it seems that Monochi anticipated Zenryokus plans and properly placed his men in responce.
Kamatari regains some focus as he watches raiden join Yukimora's side and he begins also thinking to himself that he needs to end this quickly and begin his plan as he draws a second katana and begins swinging them around and then charges the pair.
Kamatari: I will end this quickly, you pests are in my way.
Kamatari then swoops both swords in a pincer motion to try strike each side of the Yukimora and Hanzo as they parry the blows pushing them to the sides with ease, resulting in beheading two of Hanzo's soldiers but he doesnt think to care as he lunges at Kamatari from above whilst Yukimora comes in low with a sweeping slash. Kamatari then raised one sword up and lowers another in time to block both strikes in perfect succession and jumps up inbetween them reaching out to kick them both sending Yukimora sliding across the floor taking some soldiers out in the process and causing Hanzo crashing into another bunch. Kamatari lands sheathing his swords and then takes from a pouch on his waist a small package that he then throws down onto the ground causing it to explode, creating a loud bang but doesnt create a shockwave but rather black smoke that rapidly spreads over the flank. Kamatari taking sight of Monochi and Zenryoku in the center fighting, then begins running towards them through the other soldiers as he is engulved in smoke hiding his escape.
Zenryoku: What was that..?
Monochi: I dont know but your allowing yourself to be caught off guard..!
Monochi then takes advantage and slashes at Zenryoku's left arm cutting down it and rendering it useless. Zenryoku then stumbles backwards and then claps his arm breifly before regaining his posture and then flings himself at Monochi slashing from a great height as Monochi parrys the attack pushing Zenryoku easily to his right due to the injury sustained and preventing Zenryoku from wielding his sword properly.
Monochi: Hahaha you're weak now Zenryoku, this victory is mine..
Zenryoku: I will never fall to the likes of you fool..
Zenryoku and Monoch then take a charge at each other roaring with anger as they both shout out 'Die!' at the tops of their voices but as they are about to clash they are they struck with silence.
Zenryoku: What the....
Monochi: Yo..u .. Bastar...d
Blood begins oozing from both Zenryoku and Monochi's mouths as Monochi looks behind Zenryoku and Zenryoku turns his head slowly with the light fading in his eyes as the situation that is happening becomes clear, there behind him stands a man wielding a Lance that has pierced through both Zenryoku and Monochi's stomache
Monochi: Kamatari ... why ...
Kamatari: Heh? This is what i wanted, an opotune moment to rid you, but i never thought id get the time to rid the pair of you..
Suddenly the lance between Zenryoku and Monochi is broken and the pair of them are suddenly flung backwards as the earth is cracked , the lances are thrusted out of Monochi's and Zenryoku's stomache as they impact on the ground and silence fulls upon the battlefield....
