You're having it wrong. Uchiha and Senju powers most likely only give limited powers of Rinnegan such as the black rod and controlling Gedo Mazo, however, it does not grant a pure Rinnegan techniques such as the ones Nagato demonstrated.

1-To start off, Gedo Mazo cannot be summoned with Uchiha and Senju powers but instead, controlling it. You need Rinnegan to actually summon it. That's why Obito needed Rinnegan as well as Madara to access to Gedo Mazo.

The techniques of Rinnegan you have compared to Naruto were merely from Kyuubi's chakra, which makes sense because Kyuubi's creation comes from Juubi and the Juubi also has Rinnegan is what granted Rikudou Sennin, the heavenly dojutsu. Anyway, Rinnegan techniques performed by Naruto doesn't suit his style IMO.
