Naruto is not the Matrix, and the Matrix did not create anything new. There is a truth about humankind, that is engraved in every generation. Despite the attempt of usually those who want to use others to do their evil, that truth is so powerful that it cannot be hidden. It is everywhere irrespective of time, places, and races.

That truth is that humans were created by a supreme God, where corrupt by the evil one, and are continuously struggling to return to the place they were created to be. The truth is that humankind cannot save itself, but only God can deliver them - thus the savior. The savior was promised through prophecies given to human by wise people chosen by God.

This cycle of humanity is everywhere, and in everything. Even right now, any of us would like someone to come an tell him what his life would be. Unfortunately, only God can tell such thing, but none want to think about such God.

Only thing I can say to you is that I never stated anywhere that The Matrix was the first such plot ever used, but it is the most popular one such in recent years, thus I chose it for an analogy.

I'm not gonna address the rest of your religious blabberings and the way you have chosen to state it as a "fact" disregarding the fact that there are people who couldn't care less for religion and do not believe in the existence of a greater being (God). I believe this is neither the place nor the time for debates on religion and spiritualism.

On bold test, why do you think this is not the place to address the subject, yet you think I am doing a religious blabbering. See, you are doing another type of blabbering - an atheist blabbering. On my religious blabbering, I want you to know there more than half of the world believe in some kind of supreme God.

Moreover, and ironically, it seems that every human being believe in the existence of evil. This should raise some serious question, shouldn't it.

You must be fun at parties

Yeah, that's real classy. At least I'm invited to parties.

While Lagadatte is a real...well..you get the idea, she's right that you need to cease bringing your personal religious beliefs into this thread. It's off topic and the way you discuss it is an eyesore. Religion gave birth to mortality and numerous forms of art but it too is not without its darkside. Religious texts have been altered and corrupted throughout he ages and religion as a whole can rob people of free thought, objectivity and reasoning. It has also instilled pointless conflict and genocide throughout the history of mankind. Religion also contradicts logic, scientific theory and delayed mankind's technological advancements simply because your "gods" (or monarchs and high priests I should call them) feared them; and the way you use the term supreme god is so narrow and contradictory it makes me want to punch something. It's no different from referring to a tyrant as a god like Hitler or Pain simply because he conquered your nation with an iron fist and put everyone under his control and ideals. My friend follows a faith but he is still tolerant of other beliefs and ideals and asserts science and reasoning into his faith. True, Atheism is not without its flaws, but at least it as a whole holds reason.

Yes, and more than half those people haven't advanced a day from three two centuries ago. Humans must adapt and grow to survive just like any other living thing in this world, not remain the exact same and die off like those they competed with, a.k.a. the neanderthals.

I enjoyed this regardless if you have people stating the obvious (i.e. Kishi being inspired by the Matrix).

I maybe going against some people, and knowing that people usually like to bully religion, I have to say this. Let face it and be honest. On this forum, I can see anyone say or do anything they want. I can see people sign their profiles with close to pornographic material, advertise their sexual tendency, or evil create some kind of idolatry for any kind of topic. funny thing is that it is OK with all the dude around here. there is only problems when someone coin an idea about God, and I mean the good God.

Well, if people can talk about what they believe on this forums, why is it difficult for dudes like you to understand that religion is not an offense to those who practice it. See, my religion define who I am, and it is part of my knowledge. If you can cite japanese myths as part of your knowledge in a discussion, if you can cite a phylosopher, then I think it is BS that you think I cannot bring my religious knowledge.

Seriously, you need to educate yourself, and stop placing a wall of bias in your mind. You should stop have your current view of my religion because I think it is becoming a discrimination.

I'm sorry for not having the chance to reply earlier. I have nothing against your religious believes; I respect them - good for you for having absolute faith in something intangible, I cannot achieve that. What pissed me off about your post is the certainty with which you claim your religious facts. I am not trying to convince you that there is no God, so please don't shove your ideas of a supreme being down my throat. (f.e. "the truth is there is one supreme god and blablabla") That is YOUR truth. Do not expect me to agree with it or to appreciate it when you try to state it as an absolute fact.

F.e. I personally believe, that you should be more flexible in your expressions and accommodate the fact that a lot of people here might not agree with you. And that is also fine.
