If its Naruto without being drained of his chakra before hand then he one-shots, as he would be even stronger than his VOTE 2 form.

If its the one that fought Toneri then I'm not sure because I havn't seen the movie. Though based on what I've heard he was basically still JJ level.

Naruto manhandles him. Obito can't even properly defend from things like Naruto's Chou Oodama Rasengan barrage considering that it obliterated Toneri's Gudo Dama shield. Combine that with Naruto having the necessary physical attributes to tango with him in close quarters, Obito's chances of victory are pretty low. Juubidama is the only thing that is a danger, and Naruto can just take out the tree.

If he wants to neg diff stomp Obito, then all he needs to do is activate RSM, and shit on Obito in CQC, obliterate his Gudo Dama w/ Large Rasengans or FRS variants, and then negate Juubidama w/ the Gudo Dama.

Either way, Naruto wins. Low-mid diff in BSM. Neg diff in RSM.

Expereinced vs Inexpereinced. Give Juubito time to master the jinchuriki ability he takes a dump. But the one who had it for couple of minutes most likely gets beat , unless he goes tactical mode on Naruto.. and then he could possibly beat him.

Toneri blasted a bunch of chakra out of Naruto's body using some sphere, and the chakra took the form of a Yin-Yang symbol, so I think that he did blast most of his chakra out of his body since he was asleep for a few days. But I think that Naruto regained it while he was resting, and Sakura was healing him while he was resting too.

He probably had all his chakra when he fought Toneri, but didn't use the actual RSM form for some reason.

He and Sasuke completely drained yet they got all of their chakra back afterwards. Sasuke's Rinnegan is missing the tomoe now as well, and Naruto's been sticking with BM and BSM in gaiden too.​

Hopefully, but Naruto is using RSM. No pigmentation around the eyes means he's using Rikudo Senjutsu, not regular Toad Senjutsu. Not sure why his cloak has changed to resemble the BM cloak, but the important part of it all is the Senjutsu. Sasuke's missing Tomoe is probably a drawing error.
