So, a pairing will be involved. I guess that puts this quote into perspective.

Isn't that how it's always been seen? The movie being the epilogue to the series.

Several series have ended with a movie as the conclusion. It's nothing strange.

I have some theories on what "The Last Story is the First Love" thing could mean.

1. Sasuke's hate is finally conquered, transforming it back into love.
2. Ships.
3. A badguy somewhere trying to woo a chick and taking the "I'll give you the moon" thing way too literally.
