Naruto, The 7th Hokage.

I don't know if i'm cloning someone's thread or if someone said this already, if so, i'm sorry but here it goes:

God Realm Pain just got to Tsunade. She might not stand a chance aganist him.

I think one of the most important issues in the manga right now is if Tsunade would die during Pain's attack to Konoha and what ninja would become the 6th Hokage.

Right now there are three main options for the title:

- Naruto (will eventually become Hokage)
- Kakashi if he isn't dead (strongest jounin in Konoha)
- Danzou (can take advantage of the situation to take control)

Honestly, right now, Naruto is very far from becoming the next Hokage. He still has to be more mature, experienced and powerful, but don't get me wrong, i think he's an awesome Ninja and will eventually lead Konoha to prosperity.

Plus, I strongly believe that he will be the 7th Hokage even if Tsunade survives. There will surely be one more Hokage before him.

Why the 7th? Because 7 is known to be a magical number, with a lot of simbology to it (Seven sword shinobis, week has seven days, the world was created in seven days in the bible, seven deadly sins, and the list goes on search it in the internet you'll see.).

If Naruto will one day be Hokage, I believe that Kishimoto would make him the 7th. The 7th Hokage, the magical number, the one that will bring peace to Konoha and all the shinobi world, the child of profecy (not Nagato). Naruto.

The 6th Hokage could be either Kakashi or Danzou.

We could probably see an arc where Danzou would be ruling Konoha, by coup d'?tat after Pain leaving the town, like a dictator, and Naruto and his friends would be like a resistance, a try another coup.

Kakashi (if alive, i hope) would be really cool as Hokage, just imagine. Remember the chapter where Tsunade and Jirayia talk about the next Hokage and they point out Kakashi as a possible successor. It might be him.

What do you think? Do you agree that Naruto will be the 7th?

But I just don't think he can be a mentally strong hokage. Do you guys think that his friends want to take orders from him & respect him as a hokage at the same time? I doubt it. They will probably always see him a that annoying brat, lol.

Sakura will be able to have Naruto in the palm of her hands, whether she becomes his assisstant or not.

Poor Naruto. But the rest of the village will obey and respect him I suppose.

i agree that naruto isn't ready to be hokage yet and that there might be a hokage between lday-T and naruto. naruto just need more time. i couldn't see him staying behind a desk right now anyway... he's too hyper.

i do agree with prtiy much everything you said also for what is going to happen in the naruto world i really do think a war of the nations naruto would not be hokage and go into battle this is very rare thing to happen he will be to much of an assist so he will not become hokage next he will bring peace to the shinobi world just like you said after fuking over lots of other shinobi at ending the war i think kakashi will be the 6th and for only 2-3 years if that just enough time for naruto to be more mature, experienced and powerful so he can really become child of profecy during this time a war would rage with naruto being the key component on leafs side

I think that when Naruto becomes Hokage, he will be respected by everyone.

His goal since the beginning of the manga is to be acknowledged by the rest of konoha's population. For instance, remember the previous chapter of the manga where Ebisu refuses to say anything to Pain. You then get to see how the people in Konoha slowly started to acknowlege him for everything he's done until now.

So if he ever becomes Hokage, the population will respect him aswell as his friends.

Heh, Kakashi is pretty much of a candidate. However:

1) He has low charka. But he can store his chakra in KOnoha. Kage shouldn't go anywhere else. He should stay in village sit in his cosy amchair and like control everyone and protect vilage from invaders.

2) He knows a lot of techniques, a ot of A class techniques I guess (Tajuu Kage BUnshin, Rasengan, Chidori + water techniques he could copy)
He has S class techniques - Raikiri, Electric Clone, Shall I count Kamui?

3) He has sharingan.

4) He is very smart and can easily avoid attacks.

Imagine him having 5x chakra? He would be one of the strongest shinobi is the world. Sucking everything in his Kamui Releasing himself from ground and stabing with raikiri.

I think its possible that Kakashi is alive and will end up being heavily injured after this battle. Which would make him stay in the village as the next Hokage. I agree that Naruto is probably the 7th Hokage though.

If Tsunade dies and Kakashi lives, yeah probably. Don't forget the Danzou and ANBU Root threat though.

What if Tsunade gives her life to save Kakashi, just like Chiyo-ba did to save Gaara? To protect the next generation of ninjas, just like what Jirayia died for?

I doubt Danzo will ever become Hokage, I think he will attempt a coup of course, I just don't think he will win. You bring up a good point that Tsunade might do that, I believe thats within the realm of possible. Nice catch there.

Well before naruto can become the hokage he's still honestly got a lot more to learn, because even though it is good to put ur friends first in some situations that's not a good mindset if ur leading a village. U have to be practical which a lot of the times naruto fails to show. Plus naruto will probably become a chunin and then jonin which i don't believe he's done yet.

But kakashi would probably make a great hokage. Long as he gets his head out of those dang books lol

But you've also gotta remember that Tsunade wasn't chosen for hokage for no reason. Since we haven't seen her fight a lot yet we most likely haven't seen all of her abilities so try not to count her out just yet, but she possibly could die.

Yeah, Tsunade's the greatest medical ninja in Naruto, she must be able to bring Kakashi to life even if that means she would have to die for it.

And besides even if tsunade isn't strong enough to handle pain, this series has been known for some crazy twists ever since episode one and they got even crazier when shippuuden started so a strong possibility is that tsunade will show some never before seen power or someone else may come, u never know with these psyco creators lol

One thing to say: We will not see Naruto anysoon becoming hokage - he is too young. Come on a kid in his 15 -16 years to become a hokage. I think 2 years at least, then Naruto Hokage.

Maybe he will change the way of being a Hokage as we know it. Instead of just sitting behind a desk, he could be something else. Remember the profecy, he will change the ninja world.

Although a Hokage's duty is to always remain in Konoha except for big emergencies, imagining him doing paperwork is kinda wierd i'll give you that lol.

I mean i just watch the special episode 86-87 (very good episode by the way) and he completely outsmarted two akatsuki members, mostly hidan, and he did it in a way that benefited the fight against kakuzu which made it easier to finish him off because he destroyed one of his hearts. Sounds like a good hokage to me. Which is what naruto lacks way too much. Naruto refuses to take precautions which is why he almost always comes extremely close to death and even would have died if someone didn't come to his rescue.

OK there were to many post saying what you are saying, and you are said like you figured it out from the episode, the manga is way up and we all (well those that are posting in this thread) new what was going to happen. Aldo I don't want Shikamaru to became Hokage, he is the Hokages right hand.

I read manga it's just that for a little while i stopped watching naruto so i've missed a lot, i started reading manga when sasuke fought itachi so u may have to fill me in, sorry
