Not really, I mean sure he isn't weak and rubbish like I originally said but he is still inferior in those 3 aspects, he doesn't really have anything on Obito as a villain, he wasn't even really a villain look at how he went out.

Obito was the leader of the mist and yugara the 3rd mizukage was under obito's control and zabuza failed to kill him and defeated him which lead to his departure and become a missin-nin ..
