Despite he died early doesn't make him weak either and his power was from pure training not taking others power and even in databook his power is 30.5/40 which is only high jounin can score high like that ..
He matched kakashi in fight unlike obito who was soloed in kamui world like fodder ..

kakashi admitted that without zabuza and haku , naruto wouldn't become as far as he's right now ..
They made huge impact for naruto and that's why he became hero and that's what kakashi said to haku and zabuza ..
