Minato's is still supreme since his jutsu is a space-time jutsu. Nartuo on the other hand would be more like the bod flicker jutsu.

Minato had both incredible linear speed, hence the moniker he earned, "Yellow Flash," which Madara states he lives up to when he snatches baby Naruto from his hands:

All Naruto has shown is incredible linear speed using the Kyuubi mode, no seals, or instantaneous changes in locations.

It shows exactly what Minato did (Linear speed {i.e. "Yellow Flash" to get baby Naruto away from Madara"} if you keep going beyond the links provided, he then uses FTG to get baby Naruto to a safe spot.), and I used this exact same example in your FTG thread to which you conceded. Please reread. If you don't see it now like you did before, maybe you should review your prior comments in your other thread.
