so u wan to learn water element
first u need to learn the basic part of water jutsu..
u need to be one wit the water
go meditate in front of that river *points at river*
okay now you need to visulate that your part of the that river and that your as flexibel as that water.and when you get too that concentret your chakra and try too move the water in the river ^^

* Descripton: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
okay now that you have a littel control over water i want you too try too make small waves then a shield and finaly a blast ^^

* Descripton: Covers area in a mist that can be thick.
okay this one is usufull ^^*show the hands seals* while doing the hand seals imagen a field that is covered by thick mist
yeah they tend to use this jutsu a lot XD

i dont realy get this jutsu so read the descripsen and try too do it somehow O-o

okay almost the same concept as before but here you need too compras that water whit your chakra too give it some pressure.^6

okay now try too form a sword from water and when you cut whit it you need to make your chakra keep it under controle so that it doesnt lose its form on impact
