EDIT: That isn't a double jump btw..... A double jump must be from a standing position moving vertically upwards.

nope...that's just the characters about to do the ninja dash...try it in generations..minato does the same thing...

sure you can...i do it all the time..but do the dash slowly...
and in the vid..you can see that they are about to do the dash..but then it switches to the other scene
