May i ask 1 question please?

If all characters who are shown on the storm 3 game cards are playable then why the **** is there a card that has young obito uchiha? Could it be a lil hint that maybe in the game tobi's identity will be revealed as obito(sorry to those who don't read the manga but tobi was obito uchiha the whole time).
