but anywyas, the kages were confirmed in the game, but i dont see them as a character. are they not goin to be playable???

maybe they will be playable if u press LB on mei, A, ohnoki, and gaara. cause i honestly think all of them besides the mizukage will be a copy of the current kage. gaaras dads moves look like gaaras, so does muu for ohnoki, and third raikage's shield is the same as the fourths and his hell stab could be like a lariat

They are hidden. This is what I think:

There are two itachi's shown. One of them is a kage spot.
There is young kakashi, and I think one of them is also a kage spot.
I don't believe orochimaru will be in storm 3, so there's another slot

Why would the previous hokages be in this game? If it's going all the way to Tobi's identity reveal, then whay would they be playable? They have nothing to do with that part of the ninja war, they would only be fanservice, as they will be revived later !
Those could be the edo kage slots too.

As you can see, the Mizukage, Raikage, and Ohnoki are in the bottom le- and now it occurs you meant the past kages, they're probably the still locked ones, and I doubt they'll have the third Kazekage, think about it, we know nothing about his skills.But if they do it'll be a carbon copy of Garra's moves expect with sparkly sand.

Saiyan Island said that the Edo Kages are playable but hidden, so there's still hope.

what does it mean that they are 'hidden' if anything id of thought that should be madara but there he is. hidden like, the boxes on the bottom ight turn into them? > ~>;

Like many said already they are most likely hidden. If you check sayainisland they also said that they were confirmed to be playable, just they are hidden on the roster. You should check yokito85 character roster since he shows them being hidden character with a few other characters being hidden.

p.s. they should be playable since we got short gameplay of all of them.

Don't worry they are in the game just hidden because
I really dout that they would show gameplay of them
and then not have them in the end that's false advertising.

They might also be DLC so idk really
we will have to play to find out XD

I want Tsunade with byakugou it seems for me that she has the same moveset like in the previous games
