If you were wonder why Sasuke is talking, it was one of those flash back invoices, Sasuke was telling him something about Naruto, and then Boruto sees it now.

Sasuke can't teleport things like that.

He can teleport himself though. But that would of been stupid considering everyone would of died (there are people outside of Sasuke/Naruto's area who haven't evacuated yet). You can't really see the people who Naruto was protecting with his Kyuubi cloaks because the quality is really weak.

Unless that "giant Bijuudama/TSB thing" is like 100 times stronger than the 10 tails's charka bomb that the 4th hokage teleported, I think Sasuke could teleport it or send it flying into the air some where.

Been like 15 years for Sasuke, he probably can increase his range long distance now. But then again, he did got a bit close to teleport behind Momoshiki, so I guess that might not be possible.

But, do we know how he jump dimensions? Maybe he could open up a large ass portal for that " Bijuudama/TSB thing" to go through. XD

Sasuke can teleport himself by switching other objects. He has also shown the ability to bring objects to himself as well. While Flying Thunder God teleports what-ever is touching the seal/rite to another seal/rite.

If you look at it from another angle, Sasuke's S/T is basically an advanced form of Narikawari lmao.

Sasuke threw his sword earlier at Madara's Limbo clone, it went through him and landed on the floor. When Madara was going to strike Sasuke he came racing downwards, Sasuke switched with the sword, and the sword took Sasuke's place and impaled him.
