Yang seal probably had Creation of all thing power in it.
Why I said that
It because I think both of this seals (Yin-Yang seal) had its own duty.
Yang seal(Creation of all thing seal )=Have a power to divide Juubi chakra and turn it into Bijuus(That's look like creating a new life form) plus sealing Kaguya 9 Tomoe Sharingan and her power.
Yin seal(CT seal)=Have a power to generate massive gravitational force that in turn will create massive spherical construct that later will become moon plus sealing Kaguya 9 Tomoe Sharingan and her power.
I think both of this seals is create by Hagoromo not Hamura because Hago have all Rinnegan power and Banbutsu Sozo ability
