This, they can't "lose" their poweres, they are permanent. They simply lost yin/yang seals.

There is the plot hole here, Naruto got tailed beasts, and when peoples said he doesnt has chakra anymore to regenerate, what about tailed beasts support especially Kurama, this kind of situation make me very sceptical here
