hard to say. naruto in sm doesn't really have a counter for thousand feeding sharks or that last big shark, apart from dodging. samehada, on the other hand, can't leech naruto's chakra without turning to stone, and even kisame can't tank a rasenshuriken... you can't repair the chakra threads.

i think naruto very high difficulty, although kisame could win if he uses the periods where naruto is in base well.

Kisame with moderate difficulty.If naruto goes 6 tails tan he can just suck all his tails out.It was confirmed that kisame could suck 6 tails of chakra at once,when he did it to version 1 killer b.The more chakra samehada eats the bigger and stronger it gets.true it cant leech sage chakra,so he just will use jutsu's and hand to hand combat until naruto is forced to go 6 tails then he can leech the kyuubi's chakra

1) Frog kata's rape kisame as they cannot be absorbed

2) Absorbing too much sage chakra will get kisame turned to stone

3) frog summons

4) Samehada can't absorb an attack as dense and powerful as rasenshuriken

5) kisame needed to absorb lots of Bee's chakra in order to use water dome on that scale. He doesn't start out with it here.
