Perfect Sage mode means you have no Toad features;that is it.Naruto's sage mode doesn't make him faster,stronger, or smarter than Jiraiya Imperfect sage mode.What part of that can't you understand.As for having more techniques, Kakashi has more technique than Naruto and Jiraiya combine so I guess Kakashi's is on Madara's level.Think! Having more techniques doesn't means you are stronger or better, it simply means you have learn more techniques.No matter what you spout, Jiraiya is more skilled, far more intelligent, and has significant more battle experience than naruto.If it was to come down to a battle of Sages, Jiraiya would win.

1.Being too stupid to know that Jiraiya combines with Shima and Lord Fukasaku.Meaning Jiraiya doesn't leave Sage Mode until he release it.so Jiraiya only needs to enter Sage Mode once because Shima or Fukasaku can absorb nature energy while Jiraiya continues to battle and Jiraiya can stay in sage mode longer than Naruto.
