I think their should be a relative of naruto in the hidden leaf like am sure minato(his dad) had an uncle or a brother and also his mother and better yet why did naruto not infromed about his parents or where he came from and if the people in the konoha town knew who he was the son of the fourth hokage why do they despise him,and why was he not told about his clan?

Wasn't his mother's village destroyed or something like that? Or am I mixing it up with something else?
I think he wasn't told of his clan to protect him against anyone who would have tried to kidnap the Fourth Hokage's son. Also the village despised him because he had the Kyuubi sealed inside him and instead of blaming the fox alone, they decided to project the blame on the boy carrying the demon inside him -_- What can you say? People can be very stupid.
As for the relatives ... Who knows? Maybe Minato was only child. I haven't read up till the last page so maybe they mentioned others, but so far they didn't say anything about Minato's family.
Mind you, I base my answer on the chapters which I have already read and that's till volume 54. When I get more time, I'm going to read the rest online, so it could be that my answer above is wrong ^^;

maybe tsunade is the closest to a relative. Kushina was the descendant of Mito and Tsunade came from the Senju clan, we all know that mito and hashirama senju are married so its possible.

and i heard that minato learnt sealing jutsu from kushinas mother so his mother line should still be on and we never knew of minaatos line of decendants so we never can really tell cos in the ninja world, most people has their father and mother dead so i guess it might be that he has lost his parents

We don't know anything about Minato's relatives. What happened to them? Naruto realized Minato is his father during pain's attack. But afterward he doesn't even ask Kakashi/others about his relatives! And don't students learn about hokages at the Academy?
Naruto's identity was hidden for his own safety. Still every adults knew he is a jinchuriki. He was left alone and despised. I don' know how that kept him safe.
Kushiana's family doesn't exist anymore I think. So no luck finding anybody from her side.
