But that is not Ninjutsu Nullification. That's a completely different ability that has been stated to be able to be used "unconsciously" as the DB states by people who have Six Paths Senjutsu. If flying and Ninjutsu Nullification were the same then Obito wouldn't need to gain control to use it when he could fly even w/o control.

It got shat on? I might be remembering this wrong, but I'm pretty sure the Choodama Rasenshuriken stalemated Indra's Arrow, and their combined explosion resulted in the avatars being destroyed.
Indra's arrow does not contain amongst its constituents, Senjutsu.
