The Gedo Mazo is the actual body of the Juubi. It's not just any old vessel. And it is different to Sasuke's Susano'o.

This is rather baseless. The Gedo Mazo is merely the empty vessel of the Juubi, used to contain the Bijuu which is something that Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o already accomplishes as stated in the manga.

Yin-Yang Release is the nature that lets him use that ability, but obviously simply having the nature isn't what lets him use said ability. Again, the Gudo Dama did not negate Ninjutsu when Obito wasn't in control despite them having Yin-Yang Release. Madara pre Juubi could not negate Ninjutsu despite having Yin-Yang Release.

you forgot 1 part...hagoromo seals the gedo statue...
obito uses the gedo statue to become the jinchuriki...
madara does the same thing...if just collecting their chakra were the issue then kishi would have never came up with the concept of the gedo statue as well...it's really not that hard to grasp in all honesty

Why would he? His Perfect Susano'o acts as an extension of his own body, it's not a part of him as it was for Obito and Madara who literally sealed the Mazo and the Juubi's chakra within their body. His Perfect Susano'o was fueled by the Juubi's chakra, but that wouldn't correspond to Sasuke becoming a Juubi Jin as explained previously.

When did I claim that he became a Juubi Jin or displayed Six Paths Senjutsu? I'm claiming that his Susano'o uses the Juubi's Chakra, therefore his Indra Arrow contained Senjutsu.
