Gudo Dama having every basic nature including Yin-Yang doesn't mean that they all have the ability to inherently negate Ninjutsu as Obito's Gudo Dama didn't negate Ninjutsu until he gained control of the Juubi. then why did kishimoto specifically state yin-yang release as the reason obito was able to negate ninjutsu?...if that was the case and any ten-tails jinchuriki could negate ninjutsu when gaining control then why did kishimoto specifically point out yin-yang release being the sole reason something like that was even possible?...remember the quote from tobirama was: "his jutsu probably contains yin-yang release which is able to nullify all ninjutsu"

Yin-Yang Release is the nature that lets him use that ability, but obviously simply having the nature isn't what lets him use said ability. Again, the Gudo Dama did not negate Ninjutsu when Obito wasn't in control despite them having Yin-Yang Release. Madara pre Juubi could not negate Ninjutsu despite having Yin-Yang Release.
