Fillers: Bleach(Bleach fillers are alot better)
Graphical quality: Bleach

Anime-wise Bleach is alot better atm, but that's simply because of the huge amount of fillers in Naruto, Naruto will be better again once the war is animated.

Manga-wise Naruto is alot better than Bleach
