Yeah it's definitely annoying I wish it was out now as well. At least we get the Demo on the 24th which is quickly approaching. Hopefully we at least get the first demo they showed or something like it where we can use A and the new Sasuke. I just don't want to get a demo and have it be the old Naruto and old Kakashi...I'd be pissed about that.

i get why they included the km ( kyuubi mode) because by the time the game comes out the battle with the ninetails would have already happened in the anime.

Exactly. He's fast no matter what, but his speed goes from fast to "WTF, where'd he go?"


He should atleast have the same speed as Kakashi or something, just not like the slowest of the slow: Tsunade/Sakura.

Maybe they will change it nearer to the release date. In storm 2 Minato was so fast in base mode(no awakening) even before the manga had shown us any Minato speed feats. With A we have seen how fast he is in Anime and Manga.
He should be more near Minato's speed level.

If the game has a traditional storyline the last fight I'd expect is Guy vs Kisame. I really hope we get to fight the 9 tails, but I hope it isn't simply a lame boss battle like in the first Storm when you fight Gamabunta, Shukaku, and Manda.

That would make for an interesting twist, but I think it's just oddly worded. It does say that the beast mode is the same as awakening right in the article you linked.

I think this is just a mistake because they write that it´s new. They are good in Anime and Manga, but in the Game Stuff :nexus: ....They copied the whole text from Wikipedia(or Wikipedia copied from them)

Naruto Generations: Naruto vs Sasuke, Pain, Masked Madara in Demo

The scan from yesterday had Naruto, Sasuke, Pain, and Masked Madara (or Serious Tobi, if you prefer).

Fans wondered what the significance of those characters were. Well, CyberConnect2 has revealed that the January 24th Japanese demo will feature Naruto taking on Sasuke, Pain, and Masked Madara!

Now, recall the story mode from Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations will be told from the perspective of different characters. Some of those characters who will have the story focused on them include Naruto, Sasuke, Minato, Kakashi, and, Itachi. From our understanding, Namco Bandai has revealed the demo – featuring fights of Naruto vs Sasuke, Pain, and Masked Madara – will be focusing a bit on Naruto’s side of the story. The story in the game will be told through cutscenes by Studio Pierrot (the animation house behind Naruto) and by fighting. CyberConnect2 has mentioned the demo will have the opening animation to Naruto’s story.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is a 3D fighter in works by CyberConnect2 for the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360. It is scheduled to be published in Japan on February 23, 2012, North America on March 13, 2012, and March 30, 2012 in Europe. So basically the demo is going to suck and we'll only be playing as characters from Storm 2...That's a major disappointment I was hoping for at least 1 new character like A to play as.

My thoughts exactly. Hopefully this little "story mode" thing with Sasuke, Pain and Tobi is worth it to be honest. Also hopefully it will be an actual serious Tobi and not just an awakened Tobi. However, some people seem to think that there will be separate Tobis (One Goofy and the other serious) as the character art in the icon, is different from this supposedly "serious Tobi" as shown in the scan as opposed to the Goofy Tobi. Also in Storm 2, it's good to note that when Tobi went into his awakening the character art in the icon remained the same, while the one in Generations differs in that aspect. Also I hope that we are playing as the "new Naruto" and not just the same one from Storm 2. And I hope that Pain has an updated moveset as well, to make this demo a bit more interesting.
