Kimimaro is definitely playable, but Kurenai is most likely just support for Asuma.

Change it? To my knowledge no player has been confirmed as being support only. They've confirmed he's in the game as support but not support only.

If Darui isn't playable it will truly be a shame. He showed more techniques than the majority of the 5 Kage at the summit as well as characters who have been playable Karin, Obito (who will be playable), and kid Kakashi (who will be playable). We saw more of Darui's ability in one fight than we saw about members of the rookie 12 in the entire series.

And yeah I've been saying that for a while now. It really wouldn't make sense for characters like those to be playable and for him to be left as support. It can't be some kind of "fans want this character more thing" because I pity anyone who would rather play as Karin than Darui.

I don't know how many messages I sent to CC2 saying make Darui a playable character along with my justifications of why he's a must. Knowing the amount of characters who've barely demonstrated anything in the series like Tenten to my knowledge has never been shown using one techinque in the manga, Karin, and some others...I don't see why Darui wasn't already confirmed as playable. Granted we haven't seen Danzo or serious Tobi yet while we're sure they'll both be in the game so maybe they just want us on the edge of our seats.

CC2 is strange though. They come out weeks ago saying every character in the series will be in the game but then no Dosu and his sound team.. Then we're told we'd only have characters up to where the anime ended which was Naruto vs Sasuke. Then we're told characters from the war would appear in the game likely with no accompaning story Afterward we get the controlled 9 tails chakra mode Naruto who isn't seen until quite a while later. The only updates I trust are ones that say a certain character is playable or is not...there are too many things that have already been contradicted so until we here otherwise I'm not speculating from who in the war will actually be in the game.

Plus they made Karin a playable character in Storm 2 which is absurd considering she's never done the slighest bit of fighting...which means anything can happen

true true cc2 always changes their mind well they didn't with storm 2 but this time they are listening to the fans so maybe the 3 sound villagers aren't that important to the fans but i still have hope that we will have over 70 playable characters and cc2 hasn't said anything about that since they stated it i think cc2 only ment that those 3 sound villagers wont b in the game but idc about them i just care about kimimaru and i think is pretty much confirmed playable since they showed him in attack mode as a support under sasuke (kid) and we seen other scans of sasuke with naruto as a support and yea and i think donzo is playable as well it would suck if his not​

We saw the evolved susano'o that Sasuke used against Danzo plus Danzo is playable in the other CC2 PSP( I think PSP) game, so I'm almost positive Danzo will be featured.

Definitely have to give CC2 credit. It isn't easy making a game and they've succeeded in making 2 of the best anime/manga based games I've ever played. With the tweaks they're working on this next game should be outstanding.

yea ima summit to make every character in naruto universe playable in storm 2 and to have clashing... i dont care much about the wall crap tbh and i want them to put customization jutsu/comobos/items (like in dbz games) and stuff and have everything battle areanas from all the stages in regular series of naruto and shippuden​

We should be getting a demo soon. The Storm 2 demo is what actually made me a fan Naruto and convinced me to start watching/reading it. Though this game will be similar, I can't help but be excited for the demo.
