Thanks, i already dicussed a lot of Nagato, in fact i moved him up, but i think me as many people would disagree with your opinion on that one, and recently asked a question about Minato going above Nagato and Itachi and no one said nothing. I also would like people to focus more on another tiers rather than just S or upper A.

Mu should probably be above Oonoki, he seemed to have the upper hand in their duel, even though Gaara helped Oonoki. Plus they we're only able to seal him when naruto arrived and took him out with a rasengan.

Mizuki at the very bottom, I don't know about Kotetsu and Izumu being B rank. They got owned by the sound 4, speaking of which they should get added. You also have Genma, I haven't seem him do anything.

Um I disagree with Tsuande's postion. If she is Teir A then show should other kages from other villages and alot of akastuki memebers.

I think Kakuzu should be in Teir A It seems weird putting him in B, he is stronger than a couple of A ranked ninja you have
