The RAW DVD release is 27th April, so expect it sometime shortly after, mabye 28-32nd but it is almost impossible to predict an accurate date at present, just depends on how long it takes to sub it after release.

But you are correct, precise dates are hard to tell with these kind of things...

:facepalm: to me there I wasn't thinking for a second, just put random numbers down. xd

But you get my point, it should take around any time from 1 day to a week or so after the RAW gets released officially for the subs to arrive, however it is difficult to predict a precise date at present.
