Yeah I was wrong.

The fight was really dissapointing. The animation at times in the fight looked awful and the talk with the Sage of Six Paths had much better animation than the fight and it was mostly just Kakashi and Co talking. There were no extended scenes either. After seven months of filler they can't produce a good quality episode.

In short Studio Perriot has screwed us over once again.

I still give the episode a 3/5 though.

The animation wasn't bad as people predicted ! It was decent, knwoing all the good animators are working on the movie. The fight was epic and the osts were on point 5/5!

10/10,Gai was super op and Hagoromo story was awesome ;3 I'd love to see him and Hamura fight the 10 tails xD
Next week looks like we're going to see their overpowered power ups :3

It has been a long time since I've enjoyed a NS episode so much. 5/5

No extended filler scenes at all, and the animation and artwork was great - better than what I anticipated it to be.

Next week's episode looks terrible though in terms of artwork.

Well, I was wrong. I thought the episode looked ok from the preview (there were some cool shots and all) but the actual episode was...well, underwhelming to say the least.

Madara looked off model in almost all his shots, the sense of speed/impact in the evening elephant was almost inexistant and the animation was meh. The only cool and good looking shot was the first strike (Isooku or whatever it's called) but that's about it honestly.

It's quite sad that the sage part looked better than the gai vs madara fight though...

At least, next week looks better so there's that (please studio periot, do not **** up the night guy, pretty please lol).

Overall, I'll give this episode a 3/5 (slightly above average).

It was okay? I don't think I liked the style of the fight though, it was too different to the usual style, but someone might like it. Anyway, did you guys see the opening where guy was eight gates, that would have looked much better than flat colours for his hair... I really don't like that.

I laughed at the Japanese the sage used.

Yeah okay I guess, +1 for Rock Lee. Always +1 for Rock Lee. So 4/5.

Finally the canon returned afther annoying filler fused with canon heh we seen guy vs madara sage of six paths and it was awesome but what s must annoying i cant stand is the animation witch look to waterish like its milked the same s happening dbz today but oh well that s how it is in modern days ugh as well sage of six paths was bad ass as he appeared it was funny as well and of course Naruto s back in action

well that sucked animation for the fight was shit but great for rikudo. The fight had nothing added just like the manga which was surprising seeing as though those extended scenes is what made watching the anime great

the episode was epic and after a long time they stuck to the manga.The final part with Indra and Ashura in their battle avatars was epic. I'm giving it a 5/5.

The anime was just meh. 8th Gate Gai vs Madara fight was awful in my opinion. Madhouse, Bones, and UFO Table are the best. SP and Toei suck.

I give this episode a 2 or a 3.

4/5. Guy looked a bit off, but maybe it's because its the animators first time drawing the eight gates? The rest of the episode was pretty good.

Also the preview for next episode looks hype.
